Modern apt. in highrise. Has kitchen. Not in walking distance to center, but tram is nearby & runs often (& connects to train station).

Cosy room, extremely friendly host, not located in the nicest area

The host was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and any questions we had regarding the check in and property. There was complimentary coffee and milk and a much needed washing machine for us to use! The room was clean and the apartment was well renovated. Easy to get to tram from property.

The property was located a bit further out of Nice and felt a bit unsafer than other neighbourhoods in the area, especially at night. We also had a smell of what seemed like sewage wafting in from outside in our room- not sure if this was due to pollution or heat, but was not pleasant.

The room and facilities were clean and the property manager communicated very well and promptly

The temperature of the room was exceptionally hot, despite the portable air con provided the bedroom was an uncomfortable temperature making it unpleasant to stay there. Also, while the bedroom and facilities reflect that in the photo the building is quite dated and dark, contained in a back street which if you are travelling alone or someone safety conscious was a little unnerving

The room is very close to the tram stop which is directly connected to the city center, the building was quite, the room very clean and the owner very supportive.

Overnight stay in Nice

Friendly staff, clean facilities and an overall very comfortable stay! The use of the kitchen is a great bonus and all the facilities in the kitchen are clean and well maintained. My friend and I are travelling and we just needed an overnight stay and it was the perfect place. Great value for money! Milk, tea and a sweet treat provided in your room :)

If you're staying in Nice for a while you should consider that it's not located in the centre of town but the T1 tram stops just outside the building and it takes 20mins to get into main town on the tram

Clean, good amenities, and very close to the tram station. The host was always available over phone or text and helped me operate a washing machine that was in French.

Host is very friendly and the communication was good between us.

Unfortunately the location is near a roadway and the area was very noisy. Maybe I wasn’t lucky but this weekend the other guests were very noisy too until 1.30 am so it wasn’t very quite for me.

Okay, but considering all the good reviews, we were a little bit disappointed.

-Daily Cleaning service -helpful, polite & quick communication with the host -kitchen & general equipment (washing machine, iron, hairdryer)

- There is NO pre-installed AC in every room, just one portable one that you have to set up yourself and will only cool one room - window did not close properly, without any AC it was extremely hot and because of the highway at the other side really noisy - 2 bathrooms for 8 guests; level of cleanliness REALLY depends on other guests - no balcony as said in the apartment description - apartment itself is located in a tall building; to reach it you have to climb multiple floors on the staircase or take the tiny elevator (barely fit two people with backpacks) - building is relatively old and smelly inside - neighborhood around is quite unattractive, though accessible by tram (5 min walk from apartment), which will take you to the central station in 20 min. and to Nice’s old town in 25/30 min.

This was a great stay! For the price and the accommodations it is absolutely worth it! On site washer/dryer with nice kitchen was a big plus! And the host was so helpful and attentive

The only downside is the location is a bit far and not the best area but other than that it was perfect!

The apartment was very good, well equipped with modern appliances., can be reached by tram. Also the owner was very friendly, he personally welcomed me, and easily accessible by mobile in case of any queries. I highly recommend the place to other visitors, solo or partners as the place also has rooms with double bed for two people.....

The apartment and facilities were excellent, balcony with a nice view. Host was very attentive and helpful. Close to transport. Not as crowded as centre locations.

The parking nearby can be a bit difficult,lots of over crowding and very tight maneuvering needed. However, tram and bus stop are 1 minute away from the flat. Make of that what you will.

pas apprécié l'environnement de l'appartement.

Je me suis rendue sur les lieux de l'appartement avec une amie et nous n'avons pas vraiment apprécié le lieu qui nous parraissait peu secure! de ce faites nous ne sommes pas resté dans cet endroit qui été une cité. J'en ai référé au service booking et à l'établissement car ce n'était pas vraiment précisé pour l'environnement... donc non satisfaite plus aucun remboursement de leur part...
