the host was very kind and helpful, replied to our messages very quickly!
the private room was nice, air conditioning was included.
perfect distance from the station, also with heavy luggage.
the elevator was helpful since we were on a high floor
unfortunately the neighbours used all the laundry detergent, so we didn’t have any left since we were only visiting one night. but thats the risk with sharing so its okay. the host said he would fix it for the next guests :)

The room is very clean and have nice kitchen with microwave and oven.
The owner was so nice and let us put our luggage there until noon after check out.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and any questions we had regarding the check in and property. There was complimentary coffee and milk and a much needed washing machine for us to use! The room was clean and the apartment was well renovated. Easy to get to tram from property.
The property was located a bit further out of Nice and felt a bit unsafer than other neighbourhoods in the area, especially at night. We also had a smell of what seemed like sewage wafting in from outside in our room- not sure if this was due to pollution or heat, but was not pleasant.
