Located in the former Golden Bay Silos on Raglan Wharf, these stylish apartments are perfect for a unique getaway.

Enjoying spectacular views of Raglan Harbour and surrounds, the PENTHOUSE apartment is literally a stone’s throw from the water. With a fresh contemporary design and furnishings, a romantic getaway here is a real treat.

You can swim, fish and kayak in the safe inner Harbour or relax on the expansive outdoor deck. Watch Raglan Harbour activity, launch your own boat from the doorstep, dine in the cafe/restaurant next door, visit Tony Sly pottery studio or take a pleasant 10 minute stroll along the waterfront to the rest of Raglan’s shops and cafes.

Equally stunning in winter! Admire the dramatic changing skies through enormous glass windows while staying warm and cosy.

We stayed 4 nights at the Silo's penthouse and enjoyed every moment. From the initial friendly and helpful messages to meeting the owners Denise and Grant in person we felt welcomed. The penthouse apartment is well equipped for a couple wanting a comfortable getaway to relax and a convenient location. You're so close to the seaside it's like you're sailing on the sea and yet you have all the benefits of being on land. Feeling on top of the world looking over the wharf activity below and enjoying wonderful views of Raglan Harbour along with hearing the lapping waves from the apartment balcony. We'll be back to enjoy the Silos apartments again soon.

The silo apartments are perfect for a relaxing getaway while being in the middle of a bustling wharf scene. This is our second stay, this time in the Penthouse and again the apartment was clean, comfortable and those stunning views. At high tide its like being at sea.

This property more than meets all expectations! The pics don't really do the location justice. The apartment was immaculate, felt like a home away from home. Fabulous hosts, everything was very easy to organise, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't have the best of weather, but it hardly made any difference - location is so special and views are amazing, regardless of weather. One of the best places we've ever stayed!

Lovely penthouse apartment with gorgeous views of the Raglan harbour and wharf area and close to the main town. Great spot for people watching and letting the day roll by. Hosts were fantastic to deal with and very informative and easy to contact if required. We will definitely be back!

Yes, do bring your Bluetooth speaker along. Place it anywhere around the apartment, you have the perfect colourful sound. Which is good for any occasion from brewing coffee or cooking on the gas stove/oven in breathtaking mornings/evenings to having a spa session in the bath while feeling the outdoor breeze. However, do bear the sound in mind for TV/Movie viewing as the dialogue may sound distorted. Which brings me to the point of "switch off and enjoy the view!" and make use of the candles. Don't forget to order dessert from The Wharf Kitchen and Bar if your still keen.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in The Penthouse. This unique apartment is in an amazing location with a wonderful outlook. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to see the bathroom upgraded though. Will certainly recommend to others.

Nice apartment with everything you could need with spectacular views in a nice area. Only issue was balcony door did not lock so apartment could be accessed through window in stairwell. Be prepared to walk up the stairs to the penthouse apartment but totally worth it for the view. Great communication with property managers, and Raglan as a whole was a really nice place with heaps of beaches, parks etc

Love love love the property however, we were a little concerned with security as once in the building you have access to a room downstairs with all the spares room keys! (found this room by mistake when leaving the property one day, it wasn't locked). Also once in the building, you are able to access the penthouse suite via a window from the landing which leads straight onto the balcony, of which there are shutter windows which are very easy to remove. The shower head really needs upgrading as pressure/coverage was terrible, not what you'd expect for a property of such a high calibre! I suggest a satin jet as they work on any/low pressure. Lastly, there was no air conditioning, just a fan and it was rather hot especially at night, didn't want to leave doors, windows open. Aside from these issues, we loved it but I think for the price you wouldn't expect the above the be sorted.
