Located in the former Golden Bay Silos on Raglan Wharf, these stylish apartments are perfect for a unique getaway.

Enjoying spectacular views of Raglan Harbour and surrounds, the HARBOUR apartment is literally a stone’s throw from the water. With a fresh contemporary design and furnishings, a holiday here is real treat. Ideally suited to one couple and one single guest or two single guests.

You can swim, fish and kayak or relax in the safe Harbour or relax on the expansive outdoor deck. Watch Raglan Harbour activity, launch your own boat from the doorstep, dine in the cafe/restaurant next door, visit Tony Sly pottery studio or take a pleasant 10 minute stroll along the waterfront to the rest of Raglan’s shops and cafes.

Couldn't fault the location, facilities and the communication. The only thing I would note is that if you have issues using stairs with luggage then this would be difficult to access.

This property is a very unique property. A converted concrete silo. We felt so safe throughout cyclone Gabrielle! Denise is an incredible host. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Photos don’t do it justice! The Silos are amazing - spacious, great views and modern decor. My favourite part was watching the sunset. Denise was lovely to deal with, told us about different places to visit within the region and she even gave us a tour of the grand apartment. Would happily recommend to anyone!!

I told the manager this was the best view from any rental we've ever stayed in and we've stayed all over the world. The reason is because it was not only beautiful, but continually interesting as well. The tidal river changed morning and evening and there was always something interesting to see or photograph. In fact we decided it was more than accommodation, it was an important feature of our stay in Raglan--as important as the black sand beaches, the surf and Bridal Veil Falls, all of which are beautiful. We came away with a feeling we had a grasp of what the area was about, though there was still more to see and do. Also the ten minute walk to town was the perfect length for a bit of exercise and more views of the residential style. The property is everything they advertise, and for us it was more.

Loved the views, so much to see. Fabulous to be able to walk into town for dinner each night. People watching the comings and goings on and around the wharf was really interesting. Watching the stingrays feed one evening was a highlight - we missed the 5 orca so that was the lowlight. Very easy apartment to use and totally private. Denise was a pleasure to deal with.

This place is absolutely amazing. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbour allowed us uninterrupted views of the water. The apartment was all that was advertised and certainly met our expectations.

We enjoyed a perfect three night break for Matariki. Your hosts are excellent at what they do and love doing it. This place is a gem, part of the industrial history of the region, lovingly transformed into warm and quiet luxury apartments in the ideal location of a lovely town. The river changes so much that you needn’t move except to freshen up your drinks. A walk in either direction is a day we’ll spent.

We spent 5 days at the apartment and the experience was amazing right from the start. Denise is super lovely and when we entered the apartment and saw the view and the set out it took our breath away. We had an incredibly relaxing time and it took quite a bit of motivation to leave the apartment to explore Raglan. We wanted a chill out holiday and got so much more. Highly recommend

Great destination for a weekend getaway. Enjoyed our stay immensely! The views were amazing and accomodation was just perfect. Definitely recommend if you want something a little bit unique but all the comforts still. Fully equiped kitchen too if you’re wanting to cook your own meals but spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out.

The Apartment was everything it said it would be plus more; We knew the location was great but with The Wharf cafe across the road, Fish & Chips with fresh fish for sale it proved to be even better. A 15 minute flat stroll to the town center took us to two mini-supermarkets, cafes etc. even a laundromat. Mike who checked us in was great - relaxed, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Everything in the apartment was laid out in a great design. If we had to name a fault then the shower door which wasn't perfectly watertight. We hope to stay here again (and again) in the future

An interesting apartment which attracted us in the first instance. However it was very chilly when we arrived and with a tiny rather inefficient heater didn’t really warm up until the next day, thank goodness there were electric blankets as we hopped into bed rather than shiver in the sitting room.
