Wake up to birdsong, enjoy coffee on the sunny deck or fire up the BBQ as the sun sets. Whether you`re here for surf, sand or a bit of quiet, it is the perfect base for a laid-back Raglan escape.
Relax and recharge in one king and one queen bedroom, both with cosy beds, fresh linen and plenty of space. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area makes mealtimes and downtime easy, and the private deck with outdoor seating is perfect for coffee, BBQs or evening stargazing. It is a quiet location close to Raglan town, the beaches and the surf, with off-street parking included.
A genuine Raglan retreat: tidy, relaxed and a little bit quirky, exactly how a bach should be. You will have private access to the entire house and outdoor area.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.

- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.
