With a surface of 100m2 on 2 levels it can accommodate 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. For the winter, a wood stove, for sunny days a 35m2 terrace facing south.

Guénolée’s house is so cozy and comfortable. It locates in a very leafy environment but is very convenient for the every necessary access including to charming St-Malo city (where food is so delicious). I highly recommend her house!
