Cocoonr is offering this charming family home for rent in the town of Cancale, less than a kilometre from La Houle beach. It features Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living area with a lounge area, TV, fireplace (gas-fired) and a study area.
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob, as well as a dining area that can seat 7 guests.

From the kitchen, you can step out onto a lovely 250 m² south-facing garden, not overlooked, with a terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days (deckchairs, sun lounger, dining table and parasol)

The house is ideally situated in Cancale, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- The nearest bakery, ‘La Boulangerie des Petites Croix’, is a 10-minute walk away (1 km)
- The Super U supermarket is a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away
- You can walk to the harbour in 5 minutes via the ‘Chemin des Jeux’ to enjoy a seafood platter. All the restaurants in the harbour are within a 10-minute walk along the same path.
- The market takes place in the village every Sunday morning.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage.
