About this house rental
A real house or rather a real family hamlet in the middle of a 5000m2 garden in the countryside, but near charming villages with cafes and shops.
1.5 hours from Paris by TGV, 3 hours by car, in the heart of Touraine, a hamlet with large swimming pool (20 m long), open from mid June to mid September, and houses for a great weekend or a week with family or friends, preserving everyone's freedom. You can even cook certain meals separately thanks to the three fully equipped kitchens in the main house, the Vernat house and the Maison de l'Ecrivain house. Children don't wake singles, everyone is happy!
In the main house, two bedrooms and a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room with large table and picture windows overlooking the countryside. A terrace equipped with a large Fermob table and chairs allows you to enjoy the view and the birds even better, but also the barbecue and the plancha!
The other houses are: the Vernat house (3 beds) with kitchen, bathroom and WC, the guest house (queen size bed) with bathroom and WC,
the Writer's house with double bedroom on the mezzanine, bathroom and Wc and small kitchen and the summer house with double bed.
The beds with different dimensions (180, 160, 90), please provide the appropriate sheets. The pillows are square.
In the main house: 1 bed 180 + 3 beds 90 (or 2 beds 90 meeting in 180 and 1 bed 90) + 1 sofa bed 140 + 1 baby cot
in the Vernat house: 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90
In the guest house: 1 bed 160
In the writer's house: 1 bed 160
In the summer bedroom: 1 bed 160
All these houses are located only a few tens of meters from each other but located in such a way that no one is embarrassed.
The large (20m long) swimming pool is at the end of the garden, it is closed by an electric shutter and in service from the end of May / beginning of June depending on the weather to mid October always depending on the weather.
Les Frippières is not a gîte, but real houses designed for the comfort and pleasure of guests who will appreciate the contemporary furnishings, the works of art on the wall, the quality interior and exterior furniture and the very full of kitchens and a very substantial grocery store available.
An ideal place to meet with family or friends, live outside and inside, share happy moments of gastronomy and friendship.
Meals can be delivered on request by an excellent cook.
To keep the hamlet calm, large, noisy parties are not accepted.
Wifi is available in the main house, as well as a DVD player, a large screen, music, a good library, children's and board games.
Electricity is included and sheets and towels are not provided.
