Nestled in the heart of the magnificent Berry region, just 5 minutes from the charming town of Le Blanc, this peaceful residence welcomes you to the Domaine des Petites Agés. Ideally located at the gateway to the Brenne Regional Natural Park and close to Poitou, it offers an enchanting setting where absolute tranquility reigns.
Located at the end of a quiet road, this estate is a true haven of peace, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Soak up the serene atmosphere and let yourself be lulled by the gentle murmur of the surrounding nature. This gîte is housed in a renovated farmhouse with parking and a large plot of land shared with another gîte and a private terrace.
On the ground floor: 1st living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV area -
2nd large living room (40 m²) with a dining room and lounge in front of the fireplace - a bedroom for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with a bathroom/toilet (walk-in shower - formerly designated for people with reduced mobility) - separate toilet - laundry room.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and toilet: one bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds), one bedroom with 2 single beds, and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed.
Electric heating and wood are included in the price.
Secured storage for bicycles or motorcycles.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Pets: €4.00 per day
