Located in the Domaine des Hauts de Manse, in Saint-Épain, this large country house can accommodate up to 15 to 20 people.
It is particularly suitable for family reunions, holidays with friends, family reunions and stays bringing together several generations. Its many beds, generous living spaces and large terrace allow you to meet comfortably, while keeping spaces for everyone.
The house is associated with the Refuge des Amoureux, on request and subject to availability. If it is already booked, unusual accommodation from the estate may be offered instead.
The house is located in a wooded estate of more than two hectares with several independent accommodations. You will enjoy a quiet and green environment, while remaining well placed to discover the castles of the Loire, the villages of Touraine and the ZooParc de Beauval.
The large kitchen open to the living room makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. The dining area has been designed to share good times around a large table.
The house benefits from a large terrace, pleasant to have meals outside and meet on sunny days.
You can also enjoy the wooded park of the Domaine des Hauts de Manse, outdoor games for children, a ping-pong table and a petanque court.
The heated outdoor swimming pool is shared with travellers from the other accommodations on the estate. It is open from 1 May to 15 October, subject to weather conditions and compliance with the pool rules.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen rental is optional and must be booked in advance.
