About this house rental
Located between Tours and Le Mans near the zoo of La Flèche and the circuit of Le Mans and only 2 hours from Paris and Nantes, come and discover our atypical cottage in the heart of nature in a large landscaped park, we put at your disposal a large living room "dit la Paillotte" (70m2) all comfort heating, lounge area and adjoining equipped kitchen (large fridge, oven, adequate crockery, large charcoal barbecue) and for the comfort of all families or friends 2 bedrooms and 3 master suites (in a row) i.e. 8 bedrooms, 5 toilets and private bathroom, their entrances open directly into the park so everyone preserves their privacy (description and photo on request), sheets are included in the price (towel and consumables at your expense) we have secured the small pond as well as possible.
Departure is 3 p.m., we ask you to vacate the rooms at 11 a.m. for cleaning, the park and living room are at your disposal

This is a beautiful property, set in the countryside around 5 minutes from Montval-sur-Loir, where there is a large Le Clerc supermarket. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, while the property has a very French charm to it. We were a large group and particularly liked the various communal areas for eating and drinking. There is a completely enclosed space, a table in the open and another in a gazebo that is proof from rain and also a shady place from the sun, but without eating inside. This was really useful for us. In addition, there is a large and robust barbecue that was easy to use. Access was really easy too, with plenty of parking that is safe and off-road. Really, it is a perfect spot for large groups who want to be in this part of the country. I have already booked it for next year's 24 Hours of Le Mans weekend! Lovely facilities in a beautiful location.We had one night, 13 of us, utilised the barbecue and ate in the garden ....
