About this cottage rental
La Perdrière is a recently renovated nineteenth century property, facing south a stone's throw from the Château des Briottières, which can accommodate up to 24 people.
The main farmhouse and the "petite Perdrière", an outbuilding just restored opposite the farmhouse, offer 13 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms/shower rooms.
Surrounded by vast green and wooded areas, this large cottage also has a small pond on which you can fish at leisure.
The swimming pool, of traditional construction (dimension 10x5m) is completely private, heated on request and secure.
You will have outdoor garden furniture, BBQ, rest chairs, ping-pong table, swings and children's games (sandbox, etc.). This property is ideal for stays with family or friends!
Many activities in the surrounding area: cultural visits to the castles of the Loire Valley (Plessis Bourré, Fontevrault, Brissac) or museums (tapestries of the Apocalypse, ...), Angevin vineyards: Saumur, Anjou village, hillsides of Layon, Muscadet. Sports activities: Golf d'Anjou, tennis, horse riding, etc...

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cette maison très spacieuse. Ce fut très agréable de profiter du jardin et de se balader aux alentours, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de déjeuner dehors ou sous la grange (mobilier de jardin adapté) et les soirée autour du feu de cheminée.
