The heated swimming pool, secured by a protective dome, invites you to relax in complete safety. Outdoor facilities include a swing, ping-pong table, sun loungers, garden furniture, outdoor seating areas, a barbecue, and a firepit—perfect for al fresco dining and summer evenings.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (15 m²), spacious living and dining area (46 m²), and a separate TV lounge (20 m²).
First floor: landing with a reading nook/library, Bedroom 1 (17 m² – 1 double bed 140 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm), Bedroom 2 (15 m² – 1 double bed, 1 single), Bedroom 3 (19 m² – 1 king-size bed 160 cm), Bedroom 4 (16 m² – 1 king-size bed). Two shower rooms, one full bathroom, and two separate toilets are available on this level.
Second floor: Bedroom 5 (17 m² – bunk bed with 2 single beds 90 cm), Bedroom 6 (15 m² – 1 king-size bed), Bedroom 7 (11 m² – 1 double bed), Bedroom 8 (19 m² – 1 double bed, 1 single), Bedroom 9 (16 m² – 1 double bed, 1 single). Two additional shower rooms and one separate toilet complete this floor.
Lower ground floor (basement level): Bedroom 10 (13 m² – 1 double bed), one shower room and a separate toilet.
