Lovely venue, excellent facilities and thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pools. Regular interactions with host who was very helpful and polite. She also came daily to attend to the pool/pools which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were far bigger than expected as well which was a bonus.
Would suggest leaving a mop in the premises for clean down. The gas wasn't working on the hob for the first couple of days which wasn't an issue for us as we used the bbq, but host couldn't have been more helpful when mentioned. Only other thing I can think of is making it clear to strip the bedding and place towels in one place with plenty of notice.

Great location for us, beautiful property & grounds, very spacious, fab pools, lovely walks nearby - middle of nowhere - perfect!!
