A magnificent, fully restored home full of character—spacious, bright, and quiet in a prime rural setting—tastefully decorated to accommodate 15 guests with 6 suite-style bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, located near Loches, the Loire Valley châteaux, and Beauval Zoo.

3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have air conditioning
- one with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
- the second with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with a toilet
- the third with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, plus a bathroom with a toilet
On the first floor:
- one with a 180-cm bed and a bathroom with toilet
- the second, a 160-cm bed and one 90-cm bed, with a bathroom and toilet
- the third has a 160cm bed and its own bathroom with toilet
Each bedroom is equipped with a hair dryer and Nuxe brand shower gel
A very large, bright 90m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, electric cooktop and built-in range hood, Nespresso machine, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, kettle, toaster, food processor, raclette set, and all kitchen essentials), a central island with bar stools. In the dining area, there are two large square tables, each seating eight people, which can be pushed together, and a living area with comfortable sofas, a 176-cm Samsung QLED smart TV, a Marshall speaker, as well as a very spacious entryway.
The house has Wi-Fi and an RJ45 outlet in every room.
