About this apartment rental
This is half of the carriage house w fenced in yard behind the famous Whisenant Estate in Virginia Highlands. It is about 500 square feet and has been renovated and perfectly furnished.It is walking distance to tons of restaurants, shopping and bars. The apartment is open with a living room area with a couch chair and smart TV. The next room has a pedestal table and two leather chairs, , washer and dryer, queen sized bed and a wall mount TV, kitchen, and a bathroom with marble tiled shower. This unit has a private fenced in yard so most smaller pets are okay but it must be discussed ahead of time. There is HULU TV that gets live TV, it is NOT just for streaming
Small pets are okay for a $100 charge
I do cannot accept requests for short stays in the future. I usually have my smaller apartments rented for a months at a time. I can only accept a request for a shorter stay if it is close to another check out/check in day

I loved my stay here they are amazing hosts!! The bed was so comfortable and I was there for 9days!! It made my work trip so much more enjoyable! I loved how comfortable the apartment was a peaceful vibe is so inviting! I love to cook and they had everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen. If you do love to cook you can walk out your door and there are so many great restaurants with in walking distance!I can’t wait to come back!! If there was 6 stars I would give them that!!

Perfect cozy cottage in the heart of Virginia Highlands. Great area to walk pets just off of the deck.
Nancy was super responsive.
Highly recommend for a single person or couple.

Amazing location and perfect studio for my long term stay. I loved the neighborhood and quiet setting. Was definitely a great stay.
