Close to many restaurant/coffee options, easy drive into downtown and MidTown. Free parking lot parking was a plus. Keyless entry option was convenient. Air conditioning was sufficient for the weather. Bed and linens were comfortable.
Nothing major. Some street noise weekend evenings, unit is just behind elevator so loud elevator ding was noticeable sometimes.

Great location. Clean. Nice rooftop. Recommend. Good value.
Was a little loud with traffic on the street. Main sliding door to balcony doesn't lock.

The accommodation near Ponce Market was very nice. The self-check-in with various codes and the free parking were very pleasant.
There were indeed only a few minor issues. The lighting concept, especially in the living room, could create a different atmosphere with a small lamp. The storage space under the TV, the chairs were suspiciously loose and wacky. A table in front of the sofa wouldn't hurt either. What is definitely missing are storage spaces for luggage. Since this is an accommodation for travelers, this is not given.
