I liked all of the amenities available as well as the location being right in the heart of atlanta. We were right next to all of our reservations and even had time to do more than we expected.
The neighbors were a bit noisy but nothing out of the ordinary for an apartment, just a few slammed doors and loud talking.

This is a cute apartment fixed in an amazing, quiet neighborhood close to food and fun. The owner was super responsive and helpful and accommodated my same day reservation with the such care. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The location is great. Calm neighborhood and close to downtown.
The place smelt of gas for the lion share of the trip. Parking is an absolute nightmare. You have to be very skilled to secure a spot in front of home. The space from the street The water pressure is intense and the temperature does not stay controlled warm for long. The floor boards are uneven. The bed felt like display mattress material making for an uncomfortable sleep. In addition to that the couch bed is also uncomfortable. The deposit is steep for such a supar home and endless house rules. I would not book again.
