Obviously, the location was awesome. I was roughly a 10 minute Uber from work in Buckhead. Downtown is pretty close then of course there's Ponce city area that's walking distance. There was a nice pizzeria with a patio directly across the street. We enjoyed it while waiting for check-in. The apartment was very clean, all I had to do was my usual sanitizing. They were very generous with toiletries and paper items as well. We brought our own new linen & pillows so we're very comfortable. The apt was as clean as I keep my own home so I was very appreciative of that as you never know what you'll get outside of professional hotels. The washer/dryer was a clutch. We ordered in and cooked/stored food. Did get to enjoy the balcony, rooftop and neighborhood. Felt very safe. I would definitely recommend it, it's a cute little spot for a couple of people.

The bedroom TV was not set up for guests and the host did not respond when inquiring about it. The mattress was an adjustment for me; it's very soft which I'm unsure if it's supposed to be like that as I'm used to very firm beds. There were excessive stains on the futon that could be easily cleaned with effort, our own linen covered it but would have been uncomfortable otherwise. The freezer needs to be de-iced (is that a word?).

Super easy access to get into and there was parking since we were there on the weekend. Trendy, attractive, looking place.

The apartment is missing many amenities. No proper coffee cups. Very limited utensils and dishes. Careful sitting on the couch as it’s more of a hard bench than a couch. The heating/air conditioner unit in the bedroom did not work via the RC. Way too many emails confirming the stay as if we were at some exclusive resort. At the end of the day, the value just wasn’t there. Asking for an additional $25 for a late checkout, that was a first.
