About this apartment rental
Be our guest in the Baltic Sea-Villa Lena. You will spend your vacation in a modern furnished apartment, with TOP equipment for four persons, own maritime pictures and a lot of personal charm - absolutely central and all only 4 minutes away from the Sellin beach. You park in the underground garage, use the elevator, put your bikes in a locked shelter and relax in the large living room with a comfortable couch and a dining table. From the large and partially covered balcony you can enjoy the hustle and bustle on the fashionable Wilhelmstraße. Two TV sets as well as W-LAN offer varied entertainment. The apartment has two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a modern bathroom, underfloor heating and interior similar to the hotel standard 4****. For the longer stay there are 2 refrigerators and in the house a washing machine and dryer.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Für Kinder sind viele Spiele, CD Radio mit vielen CD‘s, Stifte, etc. vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Töpfen, Messern, sämtlichen Utensilien, Gewürzen und einem Kaffeevollautomat ausgestattet. Auch für die Erwachsenen waren Spiele vorhanden und auch die Surround Anlage funktionierte optimal. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr komfortabel. In den Schränken gab es genügend Platz. Es gibt außerdem einen Abstellraum mit einer weiteren Kühlgefrierkombination. Vom großen Balkon konnte man schön die flanierenden Menschen beobachten. Das Bad ist modern gestaltet. Die Wohnung war trotz der Nähe zur belebten Straße sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe über einen Schlüsselsafe funktionierte bei uns einwandfrei. Wenn es klappt, kommen wir gern wieder.
