"WELCOME TO LEISMÜLLER - FAMILY CHALET"
IDEAL FOR PEOPLE LOVING, NATURE LOVERS, CHILDREN, FAMILIES, ..... because our house or Apartment is very sunny and quiet, away from the road and traffic and with
a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains!
The separated, partly newly renovated apartment with sep. Entrance and access to the private garden area, extends over the ground floor, where there is a large kitchen (access to the garden, satellite / TV, fully equipped kitchen: kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine, DISHWASHER, 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, all meals .- and cookware) and a sep. WC is located, as well as a beautiful, spacious living room (flooded with light and furnished in Tyrolean style)
and in the 1st Floor 2 sep. Bedroom with mountain views, bathroom with shower and another sep. WC - size 90m2.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as tea towels (changed weekly) are of course included!
In SUMMER we offer our guests FREE ENTRANCE to the Alpenbad Leutasch adventure world and CUBE E-BIKES 'RENTAL
and in the WINTER GRAITS LOIPENBÜZZÜNUNG, as well as FREE BUSBÜNZÜNUNG in the entire Olympic region!

You are also welcome to use our bread service, lockable room for your bicycles / mountain bikes or cross-country skis, as well as a parking space for your car!
NOTE: Tourist tax / day / person € 2.80, final cleaning € 39 and dog fee of € 5 / day are to be paid in cash on site, thank you!
