The building dates back to the 1950s and was recently thoroughly yet carefully renovated to preserve its personal character while incorporating modern amenities. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a ground-level bathroom with a large shower and toilet, and a separate guest restroom. The living and sleeping areas are connected by a wide passageway and are fully equipped. A curtain allows you to easily separate the areas, and the sofa can be converted into a comfortable guest bed in just a few simple steps, providing a total of four sleeping spots. The south-facing sunroom captures the sun’s warmth.
