About this apartment rental

You can spend your holidays in our cozy apartment in Mittenwald for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is about 65 square meters and comfortably furnished. In the living room with a comfortable couch and a rustic dining area you will feel comfortable. There is a large bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds in the attic available. The new kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Cable TV, a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a reserved parking space available.

Mittenwald is ideal for an active vacation in summer and winter: hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, mountain biking, skiing, skating, etc. The apartment is located only 250 meters from the valley station of the Karwendel cable car - an ideal starting point for your activities. And to round off the day you can enjoy the peace, fresh air and magnificent mountain views on the furnished balcony of the apartment.

The beds are made and include the final cleaning.

A great apartment that allows to be self-reliant, close to town and hiking trails and a wonderful place to return to after a long day!

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. The location is good if you have a car but there is a bus stop in front of the property. We were charged 54.60 euros by the lady who met us at the property for her services. We had to give her cash. Luckily, we had cash because weren't expecting that expense. Parking was difficult. We parked where we were told only to have to move the car because we were in the wrong spot. The snow was blocking the sign. Also, be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. My husband needs TV and the one at the apartment didn't work. We bought a ROKU at the BX. If you think you might enjoy a movie night, then come prepared. These are minor annoyances. Mittenwald is a great town and we have been to Garmisch many times and decided to try something new. I would like to give 4.5 stars but that is not an option.

Beautiful homely apartment! We loved the underfloor heating and wonderful mountain views. Our bedroom was lovely and bed very comfy. Our children loved the little attic room too. Thank you it was a pleasure to stay there!

Wir haben 6 erholsame und spannende Tage in der Ferienwohnung Hammer verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und sehr warm (die Fussbodenheizung ist echt Klasse). An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt und der Platz für 3 Erwachsene war absolut ausreichend. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch, wir haben jeden Tag wunderschöne Wanderungen gemacht und die Natur sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 erwachsene und 2 Kinder ausreichend. Bei 3 Erwachsenen wird es mit dem 2 ten Schlafraum schon eng. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Überaltert und verschlissen. Im Badezimmer fehlt es an Platz. Mittenwald ist ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort den wir sicher wieder bereisen werden

Als wir ankamen hatte uns die Frau Roemer bereits auf uns gewartet. Da bekamen wir auch gleich den ersten Schock, als sie uns den Fahrrad Abstellraum zeigte, der ging nämlich über ca. 20 Treppenstufen nach unten. Dann gingen wir in die Wohnung die im Dachgeschoss im zweiten Stock war. Wo dann die Frau Roemer die Tür öffnete kam uns auch gleich ein Modergeruch entgegen, was darauf schließen lässt, das hier schon länger keiner mehr gewohnt hatte. Auf den ersten Blick sah die Wohnung in Ordnung aus. Wir haben dann die Formalitäten mit der Frau Roemer erledigt und schleppten erstmal unser Gepäck nach oben. Danach gingen wir Einkaufen und etwas Essen. Nach dem kehrten wir in die Wohnung zurück und haben sie genauer in Betracht genommen, da kam das böse erwachen. Im Bad waren oberhalb der Bade/ Duschwanne mehrere Schimmelflecken an der Wand. Dann kam die Küche dran, im Backofen war das Fett von den Letzten Bewohnern. Im Wohnbereich alles mit Teppichboden der bestimmt schon 20 Jahre alt war und mehrere riesige Flecken hatte die man nicht definieren konnte. Wir haben am nächsten Tag die Frau Roemer angerufen und ihr mitgeteilt das wir abbrechen. Darauf sagte die Frau Roemer "das habe ich mir schon gedacht". Ich kann nur jedem raten einen großen Bogen um diese "Unterkunft" zu machen.

Die Wohnung ist "in die Jahre gekommen". Einrichtung ist sehr "rustikal" und moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie Spülmaschine, Kaffeeautomat/Dolce Gusto, WLAN sucht man vergeblich. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und der Balkon und die großen Räume sind einladend und machen einiges wett. Lage ist für sportliche Urlauber okay. Ein kurzer Bummel in die Innenstadt (man läuft ca. 15 Minuten) ist allerdings anstrengend, da man auf dem Rückweg ziemliche Höhenmeter bewältigen muss. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Fr.Römer betreut die Wohnung vor Ort, ist nett und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern . Hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht ,und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten . Bett bequem und auch der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Weg in die Stadt ist genau wie beschrieben, steil aber nicht besonders weit . Zu bemängeln war höchstens etwas die Sauberkeit Oberfläch war es sauber wenn man aber genau hingesehen hat, hätte es etwas sauberer sein können. Alles in allem kann man sich aber durchaus wohl fühlen . Wir kämen wieder

Sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung. Der Empfang von Frau R. war sehr warm und herzlich. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Leider ist das Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man sich nicht daran stört perfekt. Wir haben die schöne ruhige Lage genossen besonders den Balkon mit der Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr traditionell eingerichtet, es sind sehr viele hilfreiche Utensilien in der Küche zur Verfügung, wenn auch keine Spülmaschine. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und groß. Bedauerlicherweise war uns bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass es kein WLAN in der Unterkunft gibt. (Und die Internetverbindung in Mittenwald ist nicht sehr gut). Die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr gut und liebevoll.

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war Ungenügend. Man hat mir noch vor der Abreise eine Ansprechpartnerin benannt, die schon seit Januar das Projekt nicht mehr betreut. Ich habe darauf die Agentur angeschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich konnte dann selber herumtelefonieren. Würde daher diese Agentur nicht empfehlen. Das Objekt war so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Gut !Hausbewohner und die Ansprechpartnerin Frau Römer waren sehr freundlich. Ich würde in diesem Objekt immer wieder Urlaub machen. Schöne grosse Wohnung. Hie darf man auch seinen Hund mitnehmen😊�😊�😊�. Alles dar was man so braucht . Handtücher jede Menge 👍�, Bettwäsche, wenn man es möche. Spülmittel, Trockentücher, Putzlappen usw. Wirklich gut. Da macht es auch nicht so viel aus, das mann keine Spülmaschine hat. Aus dem Badezimmerfenster schaut man auf das Karwendelgebirge. Man kann auch zu Fuss nach Mittenwald gehen. Es geht nur steil hinunter und das mus man auf dem Rückweg auch wieder rauf 🤣�😎� Auf jeden Fall eine tolle Gegend 👍�👍�👍�🤗�🤗�🤗�🤗�

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. 10 min rijden naar het skigebied en na een heerlijke skidag was het fijn weer thuiskomen in het appartement. Deze is compleet ingericht met een oven wat elke morgen broodjes opleverde. Wel was het er erg warm, al blijven de slaapkamers lekker koel. En helaas geen WiFi, wat voor de kinderen een klein minpuntje was. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad! Een aanrader. Bedankt!

Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung bot ausreichend Platz für uns drei und unseren Hund. Das Mobiliar ist zwar schon älteren Datums hat aber auch seinen Charme. Zur Karvendelbahn und zur Verbindungsstraße nach Garmisch sind es nur wenige Meter.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal waren wir in Mittenwald zu Gast. Die wunderschöne Umgebung mit Bergen, Seen und natürlich das Städtchen Mittenwald haben uns wieder mit ihrem Charme und der ganzen Faszination der Landschaft beeindruckt. Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war auch wieder total entspannend, ruhig - einfach super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und man würde wieder sehr nett und freundlich empfangen. ...wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
