It has its own entrance and is divided into a living room with fireplace, sitting area, sofa bed for 2 persons, a dining area and a new kitchen (with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.), a bedroom and a comfortable bathroom. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Zu dritt ist die Wohnung gut bewohnbar, mit zwei größeren Kindern könnte es allerdings schwierig werden. Da die Wohnung wie beschrieben direkt am Felsen liegt, braucht man allerdings zu jeder Tageszeit Licht, weil es sehr dunkel ist. Dafür ist die ruhige Lage und die Sicht auf den Kochelsee einmalig und man kann direkt los wandern.
