This was a beautiful property. The location is in walking distance to everything. The back door alarms are annoying. And it could use a automatic mosquito system for the evenings. Pool was lovely and it was very pretty. For as stocked as the kitchen was I was surprised there were no pot holders. Just a couple thoughts.

Considering how wonderful the pictures look and the location of this property we decided this was the place to enjoy couples trip there were three couples that went.
Before I start I want you to know this was all of us as a group that wanted to let future renters know what they would get if you rent!
The home is in a great location close to beach a shopping in a cute neighborhood there is a large home that is being built right behind the home so every morning starting with the banging. The home could be really nice but needs major loving care we were shocked at how dirty the place was especially since this property is run by a management company!
When we arrived sand was still all over the wood floors they left the vacuum in a corner full view in one of the bedrooms the bedrooms are small and there is one bathroom near the kitchen both rooms used we found a baby’s outfit lying in the corner of one of the bedrooms that was not ours so cleaners missed that
The mother in law suite out by the pool was dirty and moldy the blinds in the front inside of the door were all moldy the bathroom backed up so we called they did come right out to fix it but it was a dirty room dead bugs all over the floors so they definitely did not sweep in there!!
Inside the main house all of the airflow returns were filthy like really please clean those! The one bedroom upstairs has a bathtub so don’t think you will be showering upstairs there is just a tub also there is no mirror in that bathroom really like what bathroom doesn’t have a mirror!
Ok now let’s go outside planters had dead old flowers that could have easily been picked out but no one bothered and they mention a starter kit well, each person gets one towel there was a small package of dishwasher detergent and a few kitchen towels they do have all the pots pans and silverware you need
When we called them about the flooding bathroom I asked them about getting more shower soap and laundry soap and she said “oh you can go to the dollar store and buy more of that is you need it!
The pool area lights were not on at night and if you want to lay out and tan by the pool forget it it’s all shade!!
THE ONLY THING NICE WAS LOCATION POOL water AND HOT TUB WAS CLEAN”
