Tidewater Beach is a family friendly beach resort on Panama City Beach's prestigious west end, featuring impressive first-class amenities. Our newly painted and redecorated condo is the perfect location on the 5th floor, low enough to hear and see the breaking waves, but high enough to enjoy privacy and avoid excess noise. Unbelievable sunset views! Dolphins are frequently seen playing off the coast!

Our condo comes fully stocked with almost everything you could need. Beach chair service is a huge BONUS that is not available with every room. Both Keurig and coffee maker are available for your caffeine fix.

Tidewater Resort has amenities for both sunny and rainy days! Swim in one of the two lagoon pools overlooking the ocean or simply relax by the beach. If the weather is cool or rainy, enjoy a swim in the indoor, heated pool, or enjoy the steam room, sauna or Roman spa. Gaze at the gulf waves as you work out in the ocean-front fitness room complete with weights, treadmills, and exercise bikes.

Tidewater Beach is home to a 5,000 square foot conference center and an on-site movie theater. A covered walkway connects the parking deck 2nd floor directly to the building and elevator access. Enjoy the Waves restaurant on the 1st floor with an ocean view, or grab a Starbucks coffee at the convenience store.

Pier Park is only a few blocks away for your shopping and dining pleasure. Enjoy a 10-minute stroll down the beach to this new, exciting destination. Multiple beach front restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dick's Last Resort, Pompano Joes, and Back Porch Seafood are ready to serve up seafood and your favorite beverages. Stores include Target, Walmart, Starbucks, Dillard s, Old Navy, JC Penney, and many more specialty shops. There is also a state of the art multiplex theater playing all the new movies. The Pier Park concert series presents various musical entertainment all summer long. Frank Brown park is less than 5 minutes away. Around the corner from Tidewater is Sandbar, a local favorite for seafood. Arby s, McDonalds and Pizza Hut are across the street from Tidewater if you want a quick bite after a long day at the beach.

Our unit sleeps 8 comfortably, featuring a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room, and a separate bunk area with comfortable twin mattresses. All 3 have their own full bathrooms. We also have a queen sleeper sofa with a 6" mattress for comfort. Newly redecorated and repainted, with comfort and convenience in mind we want you to feel at home. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops. The living area and both bedrooms are outfitted with flat screen HDTVs. High speed wireless internet service will keep you connected while you're away from home. Our condo has a washer and dryer for all those beach towels! We hope to make you feel completely at home while you are here!

** Our condo has daily beach set up, including 2 cushioned chairs and an umbrella are included with your rental from March through October. Not all rentals include this amenity but we have found it is a great luxury to our guests.
