Our only complaint would be the elevators! With the amount of people staying at the resort, the elevators just simply can’t keep up. If you are already checked in, forget about going somewhere between 3pm and 9pm unless you have the patience. Obviously there was not air conditioning while waiting. Other than that, we had zero complaints! Be beds were amazing in our unit, beside the bunk beds.

Elevators was horrible (the wait was from anywhere to 30 minutes to a hour). The ice maker was broken and the room stayed hot no matter what you set the thermostat on.
