Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

The condo was beautiful! The view AMAZING! We had everything we needed. And it was very close to pier park!Would definitely recommend anyone staying here.The elevators were slow. But it is peak season, so we expected that. Not the owners fault by any means! Over all this condo is perfect!

Condo was great and had tons of room; however the dishwasher did not work, the beds were hard, and the sliding glass door was like moving a mountain. All guests had to walk around to the master bedroom to get out to the balcony because no one could open the door, but overall it was very nice and had tons of space. The elevators though— WE WASTED HALF OF OUR VACATION TIME ON THE ELEVATORS! When we say 30 minutes each time we mean it! 26 minutes here 22 minutes here and multiple times it skipped us to pick up people in the ground floor then it would come back up PACKED. We would have to wait an average of 3 stops to even get on because there was no room in the elevator so we would let them go and push the button again. Check out took us 2 and a half hours getting to the trucks and back because of the wait on the elevator. I felt half of our trip was waiting on the elevators and there was no coming and going to grab something you forgot without it taking an hour to hour and half to make it to the room and back. Once you got to the room it was such a task to wait on the elevators so that you didn’t even want to go and do anything else. Nowhere near anything either restaurant wise, you have to drive everywhere. We enjoy walking. No amenities here either, no tiki bar, had a sign for a show, never saw a show… Restaurant was slow and almost overcharged us 30 if we would not have caught it. I would say that at this time with certainty we will not be returning!
