Just what you were looking for, Tidewater is a first class resort, and yes we are on the beach not just a beach view! A 1st Floor Condo with wrap around balcony overlooking the 4000+ sq. ft. pool with Tiki Bar and Jacuzzi. This unit is on east end of condo so you can enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets! What a perfect location. All this without hearing any noise from the pool area because of the very well made insulated sliding glass doors. Think beautiful turquoise water with sand so white it almost looks like sparkling sugar.
Location less than a mile from Back Beach Rd and Frank Brown Sports Complex giving you easy access to all of PCB.

The property was super clean and nice. The location was great. Pool was beautiful. Furniture could use some updates and the kitchen needs a spatula and definitely needs some new cookware.

My family and I normally make yearly trips to Panama City beach. We have a larger group so we choose a condo to stay in. When I seen a condo on the first floor I didn’t think twice and booked it! The condo was clean and well maintained. The headboard on the bed in one of the rooms moves when you move while laying on the bed but it wasn’t anything that bothered us too much, just something to note if you are a light sleeper, could probably be remedied with a simple fix. Also the pillows are a bit flat in the same room. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this space and will look into booking further stays with this rental service!The resort itself definitely needs to have some things fixed (examples - the elevators are horrible, the pedestrian lights to cross front beach rd did not work the entire 5 night stay, etc) but these are beyond the condo rental services control.

The property was older but nice. The condo really needs to update the furniture throughout. We would have been interested in reserving next year, but the living room furniture is very worn out. We enjoyed staying on the first floor though. I unfortunately came into dirty socks laying in the kitchen area. And swim trunks on the balcony. Not particularly what you would expect with the money I paid to rent it. Also never been in a condo with roach baits throughout and every where. I have been renting for over 30 years and never came across that. Overall liked the location.
