We loved how spacious the condo was as well as the location.
The elevators are terrible. Some of them were out of order, making it nearly impossible to get an elevator. We had to take the stairs the majority of the time (or wait until who knows when for an elevator). We had a 2 year old with us that cannot climb stairs yet, so carrying her up and down 5 flights of stairs was tiring. Also, going out to the beach with all of our gear was extremely tiring as we were carrying a tent, chairs, and gear for 7 people.
Also, the ac in the condo did not work well in the bedrooms. It was fine in the living room/kitchen, but the bedrooms did not cool as well. Even with the ceiling fans, we were hot at night making it difficult to sleep.

- washer/dryer are nice
- Front door is often a struggle to open.
- The AC auto shutoff after doors being open for 90 seconds is ridiculous. The condo stayed hot throughout the day even though we were doing our best to keep the doors closed.
- Front door has to be given an additional push to make sure it is closed. If you forget to do that, the AC will cut off and it will get really hot and it takes forever to cool it back down once you close the door.
- water pressure in master bath shower is like a pressure washer
- master bath tub will not fill up. There is a gap in the stopper that needs to be replaced.
- elevators take an incredibly long time. We felt like we spent much of the trip waiting for the elevators.
- the booking said the condo can sleep 10 people, yet you can only have 3 parking passes, which was an issue for us and future visitors need to be aware of.
