We had a small conflict with the Security officer's nephew because he hit my daughter in the face and we called police and EMS but she ended up not having broken nose and we talked it out with management. But other than that everything was perfect!! View, pools , bar sand and Beach omg I fell in love will def be back!!!

I was unable to get in touch with anyone from the phone numbers provided to me. The receptionist didn’t seem to care about me when she found out I did the booking through a third party, we stayed on the 22nd floor and there was only one elevator working, it was always a long wait for the elevator sometimes we have to wait for 20-30 minutes for the elevator.
