Everything was great with one exception...Listing states a heated pool and both outdoor pools were extremely cold. Besides that the stay was fantastic.

Beautiful large spacious condo! My family and I loved the condo as well as the location on the second floor and the beautiful beach view. So nice to stay in the off-season when it’s not so busy. Could use a deep cleaning throughout but otherwise a very nice place to get away with your family.

The unit is large and pretty nice overall. No major issues. It is right at the beach with an ocean view which is great. The second floor location is really nice when you are coming from the parking garage since you don't have to take an elevator.The hot water pressure gets really low if two people take a shower at the same time. Just a heads up.The management, EDCI , is terrible. They gave us one trash bag in the bin. I went to take out the trash and couldn't find any extra bags. I called and they said that they give a "starter amount" of supplies and the rest is on the guest to replenish. I clarified that we get one trash bag for a week long stay for a 3 bedroom place and they said yes. You get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. They do not provide tissues. The bath towels are really small. Some light bulbs were blown, the ice maker didn't work, and other small things. I would have just dealt with all that but the customer service was rude. I can't believe that they expect you to go shopping for trash bags, etc. The place is pretty nice but bring your own supplies. The owners should consider switching management companies.
