Apartment n.1, with indipendent access, 3 bedrooms, maximum 6 persons,
large living room, newly-renovated kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, large terrace with table and chairs (suitable for dining) with a stunning view of the Gulf of Procchio. Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher. No A/C.
The apartment is on the first floor of the house, immersed in a large garden, with direct access to the beach (100 mt). The village with shops and services is only 5 minutes’ walk. One parking space is available.
English spoken. Smokers welcome. Small pets allowed.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat uns sogar abgeholt, als unser Navi uns falsch geleitet hatte (DANKE!)
Sehr saubere toll ausgestattete Wohnung, super Lage direkt am Strand (durch den Palmengarten des Hauses und dann noch 2 min Fußweg),
Bucht von Procchio sehr schön zum Baden und Schnorcheln (linker und rechter Rand), auch mit kleinen Kindern toll.
Gute Ausgangslage für Touren, Auto kann auch mal eine Woche stehen bleiben, neben dem Strand von Procchio sind zwei weitere kleine Sandstrände in malerischen Buchten zu Fuß gut erreichbar (Kinder 5 und 7 sind ohne Probleme hin gelaufen).

Very clean great equipped apartment, super location directly on the beach (through the palm garden of the house and then another 2 min walk),
Bay of Procchio very nice for swimming and snorkeling (left and right edge), also great with small children.
Good starting point for tours, car can easily be parked for a week, in addition to the procchio beach two different small sandy beaches in picturesque bays are within easy walking distance (children 5 and 7 walked there without problems).

Eine sehr gepflegte, großzügige, wunderschöne Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung, die exakt der Beschreibung entspricht. Highlight ist der überdachte Balkon mit Meerblick, auf dem wir uns hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben. Die Vermieterin antwortet sofort, für Rückfragen stand zusätzlich eine englischsprachige Dame als Kontakt zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die Lage in der Mitte ist die Erkundung der Insel ohne weite Anfahrten möglich. Guter Ausgangsort auch für Wanderungen, z. B. auf den Capanne.

Wir verbrachten in der Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick und kurzen Wegen zum Strand eine erholsame Woche. Sehr gute Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Sympathische und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, außerdem weitere hilfreiche Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Danke!
