The Villetta Le Palme, ideal for 6 guests, is located a little outside of Marina di Campo, in a raised position with an enchanting view over the sea of the Campo Gulf. The sea and beach is about 800 meters and the vivid city center about 900 meters far away ... both reachable with a pleasant walk of a few minutes.
The Villetta offers private parking on the property and is very easy to reach. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden and outdoor terraces equipped with garden furniture and a large masonry barbecue ... all what is needed for pleasant outdoor dinners based on fresh fish or grilled meat.
Inside it offers its guests a large living room with seating area, fireplace and dining area. The large eat-in kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher ... The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with a double pull-out bed and a second bathroom with shower.
The Villetta is furnished with care and offers additional comforts such as air conditioning, free WiFi, washing machine, TV.
