We loved the community as a whole. Both of my girls loved how we could just walk out our front door to the pool. We loved how nice of a walk it was to the beach and how close the beach really was to the community.

This is one of the best pools I've used at a rental. The hot tub was an added bonus. I love the decor of the unit, modern, minimalist, yet still cozy. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to the pedestrian path.

I prefer a firm bed; the mattresses were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Everything felt so high end, except for the mattresses. I'm having to search for things that we didn't like...would be great to add: garbage disposal, pizza cutter, baby gate for steps, and electrical outlet protectors (although we purchased some and left them in outlets downstairs).

The hot tub was nice. The pool was very cold.

The bedrooms were upstairs. Our mattress was terrible - very uncomfortable. The downstairs TV was set to Samsung cable. When we tried to watch a show on Netflix or another station, the screen would often freeze or go dark and then it would switch to Samsung cable. This got so bad, I missed the Super Bowl game because of how the screen would freeze up or go dark.
