The cottage is clean and comfortable, perfect for a family or two couples. Convenient location.
Having a few beach items available for use would be helpful - beach chairs, beach umbrella and pool/beach towels.

There seemed to be no outdoor lights in back yard for grilling..
The rug in the dining room is curled on corners and a tripping hazard.
The bathroom with only a shower upstairs is way too small
