The pool and hot tub was closed for repairs there was a smaller pool available

Very central location to Seaside and Seagrove Beach. Really enjoyed how easy and accessible it was to everything in the surrounding area!

It was quiet.
To far from car to house if you have a lot of luggage or groceries. We knew the bedrooms were upstairs but stairs were very steep. Some updates needed. Seemed like it was rented a lot and needed some work now.

the property was maintained and well equipped. I had questions and the property manager was very great at getting back quickly The pool area was exceptional. We liked that it was in the center of activity, but close enough to walk or ride a bike
