Welcome to Tutti Frutti, the perfect spot for your next getaway! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach, this pet-friendly home is just minutes from excellent restaurants, beach boutiques, and live entertainment.
Tutti Frutti is a lovely cottage-style home with three bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to seven. Lovely finishes, beautiful details, and pastel shades set the stage for this peaceful retreat accented by pine hardwood flooring and shiplap ceilings. Share space in the open-concept living/dining area tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings. Gather on the sofa in the living room for a movie on the flat-screen TV, or around the dining room table with seating for four. You’ll find the beautifully appointed kitchen bright and cheerful and loaded with plenty of counter and cabinet space. Grab a glass of wine, prep some snacks, and cook delicious meals together on nights you’d prefer to stay in. Afterward, hang out on the large screened-in porch showcasing the Florida landscape while the kids run around and play as the sun sinks into the horizon. When it’s time to settle in, enjoy peaceful bliss in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath. You’ll also find two additional guest suites, just as inviting, while an outdoor shower will come in handy for washing the sand away after days at the beach.
Rent some bikes and explore the surrounding communities of Seacrest, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach. Head to the beach, do a little shopping, then take your pick from an array of restaurants, including The Blue Pearl, Cafe Thirty-A, and The Perfect Pig, all featuring fresh, local cuisine, and all equally delicious.
Please note: a dog is permitted, but it must be under 30 lbs and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300.
Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee if requested within the week of arrival. Pool heat is $50 per day and must be applied to the entirety of your stay.
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

This house was wonderful. We stayed 7/1-7/6. Private pool was so nice. Very cozy and plenty of room. Five min walk to beach. Traffic was awful but being so close, we didn’t have to use the car. Price was good. It is just fun house. If I ever get a chance, I will definitely be back here. Water pressure great and ac kept it cool. The only thing wrong was bathtub plug was broke and would not hold water. We now have a 4 yr old that loves a shower! Quiet nice neighborhood. You can not go wrong with renting this home. Beds weee also very comfortable Happy customer 100%.

Really nice house. The pool was terrific, the location was great. Only about a 7 minute walk to the beach. The public beach is about 200 feet to the east of the entrance and the beach filled up pretty fast. We rented a couple of chairs from Big Fish for 60 a day so we didn't have to get up extra early to stake a claim. The yard was terrific, especially for our two dogs. We spend a lot of time at the pool, it got plenty of sun most of the day, it was mostly shaded in the later afternoon but being 97 it was nice.The front porch being screened was great to sit out on, especially in the morning.House was clean, rooms very nice, you can tell it was redone in the last few years, but a very cool house with a neat vibe.There are several places within walking distance to eat a meal or get ice cream.We have never gone to the same place twice, but this house met all our needs and we will definitely stay here again when in this area.

Very clean. Beds super comfy. Easy walk to the beach. Pool and backyard area was awesome. Front porch swing was the favorite of the family! Will be back for sure!

Truly a gem! We love the area and the house was not just a house but a home! Great green space and the pool was a hit! We loved staying at such a cozy place..... morning coffees sitting in the screen in porch, late night cards under the lite pergola made our time very memorable! Will we stay again..... absolutely!
