Beach Bungalow 101 is an enchanted 2 bed/2.5 bath patioed home is the perfect balance: close enough to 30A to get to the beach, dozens of dining options, and an itinerary of local events within minutes, yet just secluded enough to still have unbelievably quiet nights and the privacy you and your family deserve. The Bungalows at Seagrove boasts two community pools and a large hot tub just moments from all the excitement of Scenic 30A!
When the mood strikes for adventure, Beach Bungalow 101 is centrally located between The Hub and the famous Seaside festivities. Whether you’re coming to explore or just hide away, this home will be the perfect end to each day!

2nd floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin bed with trundle and balcony access

Beach Access:
Seagrove Beach Regional Access is located approximately 0.2–0.4 mile from Beach Bungalow, about a 4–8 minute walk or a quick 3-4 minute bike ride or drive. This public access offers convenient entry to the shoreline, along with parking for 23 vehicles, dedicated bike parking, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and rinse showers.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
Your stay at Beach Bungalow 101 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! One ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. We loved our stay here. Nice accommodations for the six of us. Short bike ride to the beach and into Seaside. The only thing is that we wished this house furnished a BBQ grill. It would have made our stay more enjoyable if we had been able to grill out.

This was a second stay at the Bungalows. The first was with a different management company and was so perfect we decided on another visit which will be our last with Benchmark. The necessities for the stay were at a very minimal, even the toilet paper was very sparse. We had lots of bed pillows but no pillowcases to put on them. The kitchen sink had no hot water so when we used the dishwasher, the dishes were still dirty. I called the office and informed them but asked that they deal with it after our stay. The air intakes were covered with dust that could easily be cleaned. I was disappointed overall but believe it is the management and not the property itself.
