The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful **Café appliances**, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining table comfortably seats six.
Also located on the first floor is a spacious guest bedroom featuring **two sets of bunk beds—one Full/Full and one Twin/Twin**. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, and this bedroom provides easy access to the pool area.
** SECOND FLOOR **
The second floor features two additional bedrooms and bathrooms.
The primary suite offers a comfortable king bed, private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The third bedroom features a queen bed, private full bathroom, and its own front-facing balcony.
** THIRD-FLOOR TOWER **
Head upstairs to the third-floor tower and you'll find the fourth bedroom, featuring **two sets of custom-built Twin/Twin bunk beds**.

If all check-in and check-out instructions and house rules are followed and there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded to the primary guest.

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities to help make arrival a little easier.
Your starter pack includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets.
Once the initial starter supply has been used, guests are responsible for providing any additional amenities needed for the remainder of their stay.
** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **
Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan providing coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to **$3,000**.
All incidents must be reported immediately. Coverage does not apply to intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damage caused by pets.

Overall the house and location were 5 stars. We found the house to be exactly as described. Everything was in working order and if we had any issues, response to the issues was immediate. The living area and kitchen were clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family to eat and be together. Seating was comfortable. The house had plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc... Everything was super clean and didn’t make us feel like we were eating from other people’s stuff. The grill was very, very clean unlike most places we’ve stayed. Plenty of pool furniture, towels, toys, chairs, etc… location was perfect. Quick walk to anything you need. Golf cart was a huge plus. A couple of things we would have changed but not all in control of the home owner: - There wasn’t a pantry to put all of the groceries. Putting stuff on the counters turned out fine but we like things to be clean and out of the way. (This is just nit picky) - There weren’t standard seasonings (salt/pepper) which we don’t typically bring but would have if we had known. Not a complaint…just good to note somewhere so people bring from home if they plan to cook. - No umbrellas for shade around the pool.
