Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This place is as advertised in the listing and the photos are accurate. Amble space and decent size pool. It is a short walk to the beach, with a designated crosswalk. The public beach access point delivers you to a beach is that is private access only, so you can not set up chairs or a tent. You have to walk down to the public beach. The house is located behind a gas station and restaurant, which is convenient but makes for loud noise for most of the night. The wifi in this house DOES NOT WORK! When you can get a signal you can only basically check emails and that is slow. That weak signal goes out for hours at a time. We called to have it fixed and were told there is nothing wrong with it. The biggest issue with this house is the management company. They say check-in time is 5:00 pm but you are not guaranteed in until 7:00 pm. We had to sit outside the house for 2 hrs for it to be cleaned. Then once inside it was not properly cleaned with dirt left throughout. The pool was not cleaned and due to storms quickly turned green. We called and were told we were not a priority and it would get done at some point. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. We finally got ahold of Kia, who was professionals, quickly solved our problem, and told us when the pool cleaning would occur. Overall these things did not ruin our trip but definitely made it difficult and took time away from our vacation.
