House was so cute and really clean. I was shocked the floors had no sand when we arrived and every house we ever have stayed in the floors are always sandy. Pet friendly and cute little neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay in our first-time VRBO rental. The house was clean and well equipped except for extra garbage bags and light bulbs which we needed. However, the reason for a good rating instead of excellent was the fenced yard. Choosing this property was based on the listing claiming a fence. The yard is not secure. It is open on 3 sides and a small dog can get under the house. You cannot let your dog out on its own.
