We really enjoyed our stay at Sugarwood Beach. Beautiful, clean home with a great layout for a family of five. Only issue was that the golf cart did not work properly; it did not have functioning brakes or working lights. The bikes were perfect for cruising to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay in this upscale, quiet neighborhood of Sugar Beach, just a short walk to the beach access. Home seems brand new and very clean; great sofas with plush down decorator pillows; great master bedroom suite with modern shower; loved the special switch in the bathroom to give a blue glow at night.
Management company was very responsive to a minor issue. Had some intermittent internet problems, and learned that it is common in the Seagrove Beach area, as well as in many places on 30A. Loved being able to walk to dinner at Cafe 30-A and the Surfing Deer. Enjoyed cooking in-- kitchen was reasonably well-equipped.
Only suggestion is to get more comfortable dining room chairs with better backs, and also have only one --or no--bench.

Listed with golf cart, hour before we ck in got email saying golf cart was not available due to maintenance. Gave me $503 refund. Called company referred by management company, cost me $824 and didn’t have cart til next day. Garbage was full and AC never went below 70
