Great house and location!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2023. We were 4 adults, 2 couples. This house is very nice and comfy for 4. I'd say not more than 4, though, seating is limited. It's across the street from the pool, small and quiet and has barbecue grills.
We walked 1500 steps from our door to the water, about 3 blocks. This public beach entrance does not offer golf cart parking so you really have to walk this one. There is golf cart parking at an entrance further away (note: the house does not provide a golf cart).
This house is clean and everything works great. The kitchen has everything you need. I do recommend this house for a party of 4.

This home was wonderful and located in a perfect spot. The owners were also wonderful to work with. Could not have been a better vacation! The only thing we could mention is a couple minor details the cleaning crew missed. But nothing major and we will certainly be back.
