Panel under køkkenbordet er løs og vanskeliggør åbning af opvaskemaskinen. Badget ved nøglerne kunne ikke åbne til affaldskælderen. Begge dele var åbenbart kendt og burde være rettet. Mindre fejl var løst toiletsæde, løse skinner på gulvet.

Hyvällä sijannilla oleva keskitasoinen huoneisto. Kävellen rautatieasemalle 5 min, rannalle 10 min ja vanhaan kaupunkiin 20 min. Useita kauppoja ja ravintoloita vieressä. Huoneistossa oli hyvä tasoinen keittiö ja kodikas olohuone, makuuhuoneiden osalta kaipasi päivitystä. Kylpyhuone jossa pesukone sekä erillinen, erittäin pieni wc jossa ei ollut lavuaaria! Mukavasti kalustettu terassi, johon paistaa ilta-aurinko. Liikenteen äänet ei juurikaan kuuluneet asuntoon, Rappukäytävä oli remontissa.
