Quartier des Musiciens, 5 'walk from the train station and 10' walk from the beach.

- Large air-conditioned living room of 28m2, 2 balconies, oak parquet. Leather sofa with chaise longue, 'rapido' bed in 160 (Queen size). Library and storage cupboards, console table, TV with 125cm flat screen and DVD player.

- Air-conditioned room with balcony and oak parquet. Large walk-in closet with 81cm LED TV, desk area, 160 queen size bed (electrically adjustable bed bases and memory foam mattress)
- Kitchen with window, fully equipped, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, table vacuum cleaner, dishwasher , an American fridge and a nespresso coffee machine. Consumables of first necessity provided (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc ...). Complete crockery, kitchen utensils, etc ...
- Full bathroom with window, equipped with a whirlpool (Jacuzzi), a large sink, a shower, and a toilet (sanibroyeur). A washing machine and a dryer complete the equipment of this room, dedicated to relaxation. Hair dryer provided.
- Separate toilet with hand basin.
Ironing board and iron available.
Linen (sheets, towel, tea towels, bath mat, etc ...) toilet paper and cleaning products provided.
Parking, secure, covered access can be made available on request (10 € / night- 50 € / week)

Après un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, nous avons apprécié l'excellent confort de l'appartement bien situé pour découvrir Nice à pieds ou en tramway.
Proche de la gare, nous avons passé une journée à Monaco (25 mn en train).
La possibilité de bénéficier d'un parking sécurisé pour notre véhicule est également très utile car difficile de se garer et stationnement payant dans le quartier.

The apartment is even better than in the photos!!
We spent 10 days in Nice and after day trips, shopping, at the beach or the odd siesta, the apartment was great to come back to.
Very comfortable and every need provided for.

Wir haben in Cannes eine Wohnung gemietet zu dem ähnlichen Preis. Diese Wohnung war um erhebliches besser. Sehr nette Vermieter. Hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen.
