We loved the location of the property as it was close to The Royal Mile, restaurants and stores. Sitting in the nook of the kitchen, it is so easy to gaze at what is happening on The Mile and listen to the bagpipes. It is a lovely decorated and spacious flat. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend it for all these reasons and more.

Be had some problems when we first arrived but the staff was so helpful and immediately took care of everything. The location is exceptional, just steps away from the Royal Mile. One thing to be aware of when renting in this area of the city is that the buildings are very old and there are no elevators. We did not mind the steps and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Check-in process was not great and we were put into the wrong flat then had to come back later to move into the correct flat which made us late for our show. The flat is quite shabby and needs freshening up and cleaning. The shower drain was blocked which made it very messy and unhygienic in the bathroom. The settee is badly stained and doesn’t look clean.
