Spacious, sunny 4.5 room apartment for 2- 5 people, 3rd Floor (elevator), 50m from the lake with garage in the house. Wonderful view of the lake, trees, Ticino mountains. Southern flair to enjoy!

With a view of the countryside, the lake and the mountains, it invites you to relax. You can hear the seabirds, the waves and the chugging of the boats.
