Already from the lift you can enjoy the open view of Locarno and the lake. Through a corridor under almost open sky, you reach your own door. This construction allows daylight in every room. In the beautiful, light-filled living and dining room you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the lake, in the mountains and far-sightedness to Bellinzona and Cannobio. Each room has direct access to the balcony. The spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area is of course the center of the apartment and invites you to linger. The master bedroom is connected to a separate bathroom. In this apartment you have the sun as a constant light-flooding companion by your side. A beautiful swimming pool with sauna invites you to relax even on rainy days. Incidentally, the building was built by the famous architect Luigi Snozzi in his typical architectural style, with lots of glass and concrete, light and high ceilings, no steps and thresholds, (wheelchair accessible) practical and comfortable. Even today, this building is a modern construction.
