Great location (8min walking from the train station), clean and modern interior. From the few interactions we had I would say friendly and helpful hosts.
Some weird choices of cookware (a 9l and a 4,5l pot to cook for two people is overkill). No ingredients to cook with, so some creativity is required to not have to buy 1kg of salt. Extremely hard bed, therefore rather uncomfortable.

The owner did help us to get the key at safety box, we could communicate in English over the phone easily.

Great stay. Will check if they have availabilities for my next trip to Locarno
Great location in the old city. We enjoyed the quaintness and the little garden. The owners/staff were very responsive when asked for additional coffee pods or when we had questions.
It wasn't very clear where we needed to go once the keys were picked up from the dropbox. It's nothing the owners could control but there was very loud construction work on the road above the apartment that lasted the entire night. There is no cleaning staff that comes during the stay so a little broom would be a great addition to the studios (well equipped otherwise).
