Top Lage, sehr sauber, Klimaanlage bei dieser Hitze war super, in nur wenigen Gehminuten mitten auf der Piazza Grande in Locarno und trotzdem ruhig. Öffentliches Parkhaus in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Entsprach der Beschreibung. Preis-/Leistung sehr gut!
Nur ein kleiner Punkt, nicht wirklich wichtig: In der Bestätigung von Booking steht Check-out um 10.30 Uhr, in der Nachricht vom Gastgeber am Abend vor der Abreise steht 10.00 Uhr. Aber überhaupt kein Problem, ev. einfach anpassen, damit überall gleich.

Patrizio fue super amable, nos dio indicaciones y estuvo atento a todas nuestras preguntas.
El alojamiento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo que necesitas (y más). Aire acondicionado que fue muy necesario, heladera, utensilios múltiples de cocina, camas cómodas y un baño limpio y con todo lo que pudieras necesitar. Además compramos el Ticino ticket que sirve para moverte gratis por todo el Ticino.
Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Conveniently located apartment, easy access. Practical separate bedroom, sofacouch/TV living-room and kitchen room. Nice bathroom, everything clean and tidy. Basics provided such as olive oil, salt&pepper, kitchen cloths, etc which is really helpful.
This can happen but the smartTV was very dark in a corner and needs to be replaced (but Patrizio said he would pick this up asap). Also we found both the sofabed and main bed quite squeaky and the (2x2m?) blanket too small for 2 people. We needed earplugs+closed windows as the cars on the cobblestone road where loud just beneath the bedroom window.
